In the process of metallographic sample preparation, the cut sample surface or the unprocessed sample surface are rough and uneven. In order to improve the subsequent grinding quality and work efficiency of the sample, the rough surface (cutting surface) of the sample can be quickly ground on the grinding wheel of the grinding machine before pre grinding and polishing. The grinding machine can also be used for grinding spectral samples.
